Clinton/Nader

Politico is running a story about Ralph:
Senator Clinton:
Just read where Senator Patrick Leahy is calling on you to drop out of the Presidential race. Believe me. I know something about this. Here’s my advice: Don’t listen to people when they tell you not to run anymore. That’s just political bigotry.

Listen to your own inner citizen First Amendment voice. This is America. Just like every other citizen, you have a right to run. Whenever you like. For as long as you like. It’s up to you, Hillary. Just tell them — It’s democracy. Get used to it.

Yours truly, Ralph Nader

Stop blaming Nader for what happened in 2000. Blame Gore himself. Blame the Supreme Court. Blame Katherine Harris. But don't sit there and complain about the presence of minority party candidates in the race. Why not respond intelligently to the presence of a third party? Why not compromise with Ralph.. adopt some of his positions? Realize that a sizable portion of the liberal base is not happy with the Democratic candidate. You're asking Nader voters to suck it up and settle for second best. And I think that's politically bigoted. A Nader voter is NOT necessarily a Gore voter in the former's absence. I implore you and other critics to respond intelligently to Nader's presence in the race. Rather than carrying on like an abusive pimp about how some of we voters you disgusting vermin like to use went to another candidate instead of yours.

Posting a quote about Ralph Nader defending democracy is not attacking him. I think you have to refine your Nader-defending robot software.
